I had telogen effluvium last October so bought these after researching keranat. I also have androgenic alopecia. I attribute my new hair growth to taking these soft gels. I now have around 2 inches of healthy growth all over. Needless to say I now have a subscription. So much better value than Feel tablets for exactly the same ingredients!

Having used these for nearly a year I have notice that my grey hair has reduced hugely. I no longer have a inche of grey in my centre parting. I support this with Vit B from Timehealth and love their products

Have used this (with breaks in between) for a while and find it has strengthened my fine hair (less loss and looks more of it) There is more hair growth around the hairline. Would recommend this to anyone who feels their hair needs a boost. It is a product I alternate with Biotin and find the two work well in synergy

I wish this came in a vegan/vegetarian option, please make one!! I want to try this

Used Hair Complex for 6 months but sadly it made no difference to my hair loss. I feel it is not worth continuing with it as it is expensive.

I used this hair complex for 6 months but it made absolutely no difference to my hair loss. Waste of money. It may work for others but I personally would not recommend it.

My hair seems to have improved since taking Keranat. I notice new hair growth, less breakage and it seems fuller and thicker. It’s still early days but I will stick with it.

I lost 80lbs over the course of around 10 months and during the last month of calorie deficit my hair started to shed like crazy - so bad to the point where I now have to wear a track in my hair otherwise I have bald patches. However, when I started shedding I immediately started to take these - I first saw keranat in the Feel hair capsules but they are charging £50 for a months worth so figured all keranat must be the same so decided to buy these at £25 for TWO months worth. I was really expecting much but the regrowth around my hair line is insane - I’ve got about 3 inch growth in 4 months (and my hair didn’t grow very quickly previously either). All my hair line is now filling in nicely and my hairdresser who amends my track every month says I have a bunch of new growth all over my head. It’s worth mentioning that I unfortunately didn’t keep on track of my stock and went without them for 10 days and in that time I saw a much more shedding than I have been. These have genuinely saved my hair and I wouldn’t be without them now! My mother also takes them for post menopausal shedding and thinning of hair and her hair has thickened, sheds less and has just got its shine back. Love love love it - only negative is that it sells out super quickly which can be a bit of a worry if you haven’t kept track of your stock like me as it’s quite often out of stock.

Love the packaging, love the size of the capsules. Only been a month but hair feels stronger so looking forward to seeing more results.

Love using this supplement… it took a while to work but my hair doesn’t fall out like it did before. This is definitely one I’ll be continuing with!

I’ve only been using it for 4 months since I started, and although I haven’t noticed much of a difference yet, I am hopeful, as the other products I use from Time Health are excellent!

I bought this on the strength of other positive reviews. My hair started `shedding` more recently and as it is already fine it began to be a concern. I looked at all the factors that may contribute to this including diet and stress and whilst the latter may have been a contributory factor I do feel that I have a good diet and take a variety of Time Health Supplements so decided to include the Hair Complex in my regime. I have only been taking them around 3 weeks but I can already see less breakage/shedding which is very encouraging. I have been alternating the Heranet with Biotin capsule so the two may be working in synergy but it seems to be addressing the issue. My hair has certainly grown more than it would in 3 weeks and it is looking thicker As with other regular and loyal customers Time Health is a go to for me because I do not believe that they compromise on quality, there is always good information on the products, the price is extremely favourable compared to other suppliers and the delivery is excellent.

My husband’s hair started to thin slightly at the front once he hit 40. He was absolutely gutted as he always took great pride in his hair and overall appearance.
After finishing his first pack of these we both could definitely see an improvement, there is a new fluffy hair filling the sparse areas. Needless to say he is over the moon and so am I to be honest
He’s also massaging castor oil in after each wash.
I have ordered another pack, but he is taking a little break before starting it.
Definite thumbs up from us, as it did give him the hope that the process of loosing hair can be at least slowed down, if not stopped entirely.

Overall I'm happy with the product, and looking forward to the benefits as it's still too soon... Hopefully this will be early in the new year!

I have been buying this for my mother who has tried many other products before but after 4 months using this, her hair is not only thicker, but in super condition. She is so happy! So, I have just ordered another 6 months supply yesterday (Saturday) and delighted to have received this first thing this morning (Sunday). Amazing service!

Great products and service since I’ve been buying from Time Health over the past 4 or 5 months. It’s too early to say if the Keranat is working yet, as they say you need to be taking it for a minimum of 3 months before any difference is noticed, and I’ve only been taking it for just over 2 months now. The van extremely happy with the other vitamins I’ve purchased so far, mainly for my long term health condition.

I am very happy with the Keranat Hair Complex, but it is too early to say if it is working yet, as I’ve not been taking it for two months yet, and the research I’ve read has said it will take a minimum of three months to start noticing a difference. The service from Time Health is great so far, quick and reliable deliveries.

A couple of weeks after having covid, my hair started breaking off, I lost 8 inches, my hair became thin, brittle, and I started getting bald patches. I was distraught, and tried many shampoos, oils, treatments, costing me a fortune, but nothing helped. I tried Time Healths hair complex, and within 3 weeks my hair stopped shedding. After using it for 8 months, I have 3 inches of re growth on the bald patches, no more hair breakage, and my hair is growing back thicker than it was before. This is the only thing I have used, along with Time Healths vitamin D and C. I am so relieved, as I was seriously thinking of buying a wig. Give it some time, you need 3 months of taking it to see a difference, and as a bonus my eyebrows started thickening up too.

Love this hair complex - Keranat. My hair was starting to fall out a bit more than usual and since I’ve been taking Keranat, it’s definitely reduced the amount that’s falling out. Definitely a worthwhile purchase . So much so I’ve recommended it to a friend who’s now suffering with thinning hair!

I have tried a few suppliments and shampoos-leave in conditioner over the months without any change in hair thickness, after reading some reviews decided to try Keranat, after two months I visited my hairdresser who showed me new growth, which confirms that it is working for me, I am very pleased.

Using this together with the colour formula time health to reduce hair loss - too soon to tell as yet but hair seems curlier and silkier!
