Our support staff aim to answer most tickets within 2 hours during business hours, but this can take longer during peak times and will be significantly longer during weekends and bank holidays.
Our telephone line is an order line only and is reserved only for those customers who cannot place an order online. If you do have a problem ordering, please raise a ticket using the Help Widget, as we may be able to solve the issue. Please do not ring us if you have a technical or product query.
