UK Based
We currently only accept practitioners based in the UK.

Evidence of Practitioner Status
We will need to see your health qualifications and proof that you are currently practicing (e.g. your website). Our scheme is not currently open to those working exclusively within the NHS, or students.

Not for Personal Use
Practitioner discounts are intended for purchases for clients only; not for personal use. As such, loyalty points are not accrued when shopping with these accounts.

Annual Minimum Spend of £250 applies
In order to generate sustainable, mutually beneficial partnerships with our practitioners, we have introduced a minimum yearly spend.

Who is the Practitioner Scheme for?

Health practitioners who wish to purchase Time Heath products on behalf of their private practice clients, either for resale to them or as part of their treatment plan.

If you would prefer to simply recommend our products for clients to purchase for themselves, our affiliate scheme may be better suited to you.

These terms and conditions govern the sale of goods, by us, Time Health Ltd, to you the buyer on our website www.timehealth.co.uk. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Time Health Ltd, and you the customer. Please read these conditions carefully before making purchases from Time Health Ltd products. By ordering our products, you represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

General
Items sold by Time Health Ltd are dispatched and completed in the UK, the UK law shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made through us.

Our Contract

When you place an order on our website www.timehealth.co.uk to purchase products from us that constitutes as an "Offer to Buy" from you. We accept this order when we send you an "Order Confirmation" email confirming that we have dispatched the products you have ordered from us. That acceptance will be deemed to be complete and communicated to you at the time we send the Confirmation or shipment email, whether you have receive that email or not.

Payment

We will send you an invoice/delivery note setting out the cost of your purchase, together with the total cost of postage and packaging if applicable. We reserve the right to request that we receive payment from you before we supply any products to you.

Payment Security

Once you have confirmed your order and delivery details you are taken to a payment page that is securely hosted by either Sagepay or Paypal. We use Sage Pay or Paypal to collect/process transaction information.

The SagePay payment system will require CVV2/CVC2 verification during the payment process.

Ownership and Title

All ownership, title and risk of loss and/or damage in the product you have purchased shall pass to you at the point and time at which such product leaves us. All sales are ex works. This means that the sale is completed in the UK and all goods remain in the UK before any sales transactions are conducted.

Electronic Communications

When you communicate with Time Health Ltd or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We communicate with you by e-mail or by posting information on our website www.timehealth.co.uk. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your legal rights.

Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions

We, Time Health Ltd, reserve the right to make changes to our policies, and these terms and conditions at any time. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Waiver

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Your relationship with Time Health Ltd is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the United Kingdom.

Healthcare Practitioner (HCP) Discount

Programme Practitioner members are eligible for a 25% discount across our product range on orders over £20 (excluding sale items).

The programme is currently available exclusively to practitioners based in the United Kingdom.

Applicants must provide proof of health-related qualifications and evidence of current professional practice. Please note, this programme is not open to students.

The practitioner discount is strictly for purchases intended for clients and not for personal use.

Purchases made under the HCP scheme will not accrue loyalty points.

To maintain membership in the programme and ensure a sustainable partnership, practitioners must meet a minimum annual spend of £250.

The HCP Discount can not be combined with coupon codes. During annual sitewide sales, we may increase the HCP discount.

Time Health reserves the right to amend or withdraw the practitioner discount programme at any time without prior notice.

Misuse of the practitioner discount, including purchases for personal use will result in the termination of membership.

Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to past purchases.

By applying to the programme, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Refer-A-Friend Rewards Scheme

Our refer-a-friend scheme allows existing customers to recommend our products to friend's and family members using a unique link available to all customers within their loyalty dashboard found either in account settings or via the "My Rewards" widget at the bottom left-hand side of the website. In order for both the existing customer and new customer to receive the reward, the new customer must complete an order of £25 or more after discounts have been applied. After the order has been completed, the existing customer and new customer will have 250 points credited to each of their accounts which can be converted to a £5 rewards coupon and used on subsequent orders.

Financial queries

For any queries regarding the price you have paid for your order, these must be raised with us within the same financial year.

SMS Marketing

By enrolling or otherwise agreeing to receive marketing text messages from or on behalf of Time Health or by otherwise providing your phone number to Time Health, you agree to these SMS Terms (the "SMS Terms"), as well as Time Health's Privacy Policy which is incorporated herein by reference and can be viewed at the links provided here. The SMS Terms govern the provision and delivery of text messages by Time Health (collectively "Time Health," "we," "us," or "our") and our text message service providers.

Opt in
By opting into any Time Health text messaging programme, you expressly consent to receive transactional, operational, informational, and recurring marketing text messages, by or on behalf of Time Health, at the mobile phone number you provide us. The number of text messages that you receive will vary depending on information provided to Time Health. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. We may not be able to deliver messages to all mobile carriers. Time Health and all mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out
To stop receiving text messages from us, you agree to reply either "STOP", "END", "CANCEL", or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to the number sending the message. After such, you may receive additional communications confirming that your request has been received and processed, and you may continue to receive text messages for a short period while we process your request. If you opt out of one Time Health text messaging programme, you will remain opted into other Time Health text messaging programmes (if applicable) unless you opt out of those programmes separately, you will also remain opted-in to our email marketing unless you opt-out of this separately. If you need further assistance, text "HELP" to the number sending the message, or contact Time Health customer service at [email protected]. After opting out of receiving text messages, you can re-enrol in any Time Health text messaging programme by following the instructions for that programme.
Charges
Time Health does not charge for text messaging programmes, but message and data rates may apply both for any messages sent to you from or on behalf of Time Health, as well as messages you send to us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your provider.
Eligibility and change in phone number
By providing your mobile phone number to Time Health, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. You further warrant that you are the current subscriber for that number or that you are authorised to receive texts to that phone number. If you change, forfeit, or deactivate the phone number you have provided to Time Health, you agree to notify Time Health immediately.
Changes to the SMS Terms
These SMS Terms may be updated by Time Health at any time without prior notice. By continuing to be enrolled in any Time Health text messaging programme, you agree to any changes.
