When you place an order on our website www.timehealth.co.uk to purchase products from us that constitutes as an "Offer to Buy" from you. We accept this order when we send you an "Order Confirmation" email confirming that we have dispatched the products you have ordered from us. That acceptance will be deemed to be complete and communicated to you at the time we send the Confirmation or shipment email, whether you have receive that email or not.

Payment

We will send you an invoice/delivery note setting out the cost of your purchase, together with the total cost of postage and packaging if applicable. We reserve the right to request that we receive payment from you before we supply any products to you.

You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Waiver

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Your relationship with Time Health Ltd is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the United Kingdom.

Healthcare Practitioner (HCP) Discount

Programme Practitioner members are eligible for a 25% discount across our product range on orders over £20 (excluding sale items).

The programme is currently available exclusively to practitioners based in the United Kingdom.

Applicants must provide proof of health-related qualifications and evidence of current professional practice. Please note, this programme is not open to students.

The practitioner discount is strictly for purchases intended for clients and not for personal use.

Purchases made under the HCP scheme will not accrue loyalty points.

To maintain membership in the programme and ensure a sustainable partnership, practitioners must meet a minimum annual spend of £250.

The HCP Discount can not be combined with coupon codes. During annual sitewide sales, we may increase the HCP discount.

Time Health reserves the right to amend or withdraw the practitioner discount programme at any time without prior notice.

Misuse of the practitioner discount, including purchases for personal use will result in the termination of membership.

Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to past purchases.

By applying to the programme, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Refer-A-Friend Rewards Scheme

Our refer-a-friend scheme allows existing customers to recommend our products to friend's and family members using a unique link available to all customers within their loyalty dashboard found either in account settings or via the "My Rewards" widget at the bottom left-hand side of the website. In order for both the existing customer and new customer to receive the reward, the new customer must complete an order of £25 or more after discounts have been applied. After the order has been completed, the existing customer and new customer will have 250 points credited to each of their accounts which can be converted to a £5 rewards coupon and used on subsequent orders.

Black Friday Week Sale 2024

The Time Health Black Friday Week Sale offers a discount of 20% on orders of £20 or more and 25% on orders of £150 or more. Discounts apply automatically at checkout. Promotion ends at 23:59 on 2nd December 2024. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other codes or discounts, with the exception of loyalty credit. An extra 5% discount will apply to those with active, pre-existing HCP accounts. While stocks last, so shop early to avoid disappointment.
