These terms and conditions govern the sale of goods, by us, Time Health Ltd, to you the buyer on our website www.timehealth.co.uk. Items sold by Time Health Ltd are dispatched and completed in the UK, the UK law shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made through us.

Our Contract

When you place an order on our website www.timehealth.co.uk to purchase products from us that constitutes as an "Offer to Buy" from you. We accept this order when we send you an "Order Confirmation" email confirming that we have dispatched the products you have ordered from us. Refer-A-Friend Rewards Scheme

Our refer-a-friend scheme allows existing customers to recommend our products to friend's and family members using a unique link available to all customers within their loyalty dashboard found either in account settings or via the "My Rewards" widget at the bottom left-hand side of the website. In order for both the existing customer and new customer to receive the reward, the new customer must complete an order of £25 or more after discounts have been applied. After the order has been completed, the existing customer and new customer will have 250 points credited to each of their accounts which can be converted to a £5 rewards coupon and used on subsequent orders.
