650mg Black gelatinised 4:1 Premium Organic Maca Root. Whole root equivalent : 2600mg.

Capsule Shell: Hypromellose (HPMC) – vegan, gluten free, certified organic.

This is a 100% vegan product.
Suggested use:
As a food supplement for adults.
Take 2-8 capsules spread out over the day with food, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, or under medical supervision, it is advisable to consult with a GP before taking this supplement.

Suggested use:

I have used this for about a week and it works fast. I’m currently still using the Ginseng product so I’m waiting to use one supplement at a time. I have to ensure not to offset the use of ginseng and black maca supplements to not over do the purpose.
