Game changer so far, I had already done a restore post a course of antibiotics but was looking for an effective probiotic with pre biotics. I really just wanted a change from the one I usually take as I had stopped seeing any benefits. Stomach has flattened, still tired but I am only at the end of week 2 so too soon to tell longer term. I had been taking these for a long long time, I then read that it's wise to only take them for a month then change to another probiotic, then come back to them, I now have three time health products that I use one at a time. It works for me

This is a great product. I use this in conjunction with the Inulin (Dandelion) that TH sell. I esuse this after a gut related illness (which doesn't happen often) and it really helps transform my gut back to a happy one. No need to use antibiotics. (well, not for me) Just need 'Time' and a bit of patience! Highly recommend!

As a 67 year old who lifts weights 4/5 times a week I was knocked back by 3 consecutive varying infections eventually sorted by 3 different antibiotics. Thanks to gut restore I am fully fit and firing on all cylinders rather than feeling the after effects of the antibiotics.

I have been living with IBS symptoms but could not find a cause during an endoscope. 24 hours into taking this and my gut cramps are gone and my stool is now well formed and I feel great! Amazing value too.

I'm afraid I cannot fairly comment on the potential quality of the product inside the capsules without the ability to means test!
Besides it's likely to take a month or two to show signs of improvement.

I have had very bad IBS with pain since 2007, after 4 lots of antibiotics for an infection following surgery This has made life very difficult and limited. This product has helped me to have formed stools again after 10 years of this symptom and I am determined now to continue taking this for the 12 weeks to see if I can get some more relief and hopefully some normality. I still have a long way to go as I can be tied to the loo for half a day or more usually the whole night (forgive the details)

Good product. Have been taking it since two months and it has made a difference to my gut and overall health problems.

I bought this together with the LactoSpore product and have been taking it for nearly 4 weeks as I have a gut microbiome that is out of balance (lots of bloating, flatulence, abdominal pain). I feel better and will continue to take both for at least another 4 weeks. It is for the first time that I can say that a supplement helps.

Great to get a good postbiotic product. I believe this has been effective at reducing stomach issues with a good probiotic.

I was on 2 lots of antibiotics for 1 year and I needed something more than just probiotics. When I saw this "Rehab" for Gut, I quickly bought 2 packs and have finished my 1st pack. It has helped my gut I definitely recommed this for post antibiotics.

They seem to keep my stomach in good health. No indigestion.
