Very difficult to find Reuteri in other probiotic supplements, so glad Time health sells it. I feel more content, less mood swings, better post exercise recovery and sleep, since taking them - one a day, first thing in the morning.

Have used this to make fermented L Reuteri Yoghurt.
Really good results, cultured the milk beautifully by creating a delicious thick yoghurt. I am going to also try and use it to ferment some fruit juices and look forward to trying them out.

I bought this brand of L. Reuteri probiotic because it states that it is L. Reuteri GL-104. Many L. Reuteri on the market do not say which strains it contains, which is unhelpful. Different strains have different effects. I need GL-104 to help to manage my blood glucose level.
Research indicated that L. Reuteri GL-104 and L. Salivarius AP-32 decreased glycemic level in mice, therefore they potentially have a therapeutic effect for people who have type 2 diabetes.

After taking Time Heath's L. Reuteri for 3 months, my HbA1c has gone down a little. This could be just a coincident, but I'll continue to take it. I like the detail labelling and the price is reasonable.

As a 67 year old runner, cyclist and gym bunny I’m keen to look after my health and have recently been taking some probiotic supplements. This one from Time Health ticks a lot of boxes in that it’s vegan friendly (no gelatine in the capsule,) soy free, non-GMO and gluten free. It’s certainly easy to take with just one capsule a day.
According to the blurb, each capsule contains 6 billion colony forming units (CFUs) – I believe the normal dosage is between 1 and 10 billion CFUs a day so this is standard. Lactobacillus Reuteri is a probiotic bacteria that offers a range of potential health benefits. L. Reuteri is supposed to promote gut health, maintaining a healthy balance of gut bacteria, potentially reducing the growth of harmful microbes and possibly leading to improved digestion, reduced bloating and gas, and a stronger immune system (as a large portion of the immune system is located in the gut).
I like the fact that Time Health is a British company with a website and an address. They state that they follow good manufacturing practices (GMP.) Each bottle contains enough for three months’ supply so the cost is just over £7per month. Although there’s a contact form, I would have expected an email address and phone number so am taking a star off my rating.

This tub looked a little expensive at first but at almost three months’ worth of capsules it only costs just over £7.00 per month which is worth it for the health benefits. The capsules have a shelf life of just under two years which is very generous, and the capsules are a little smaller than average (19mm long x 6.5mm diameter), smooth and very easy to swallow. Since taking them my health has been good and I have not had any adverse reactions, but I obviously cannot measure the good bacteria in my gut.

Incorporating this probiotic into my daily routine was effortless. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't leave any aftertaste. While it's too early to say whether it's made a significant difference, I haven't experienced any negative side effects and feel positive about the potential benefits for my gut health.

A few months ago I started taking probiotics and I have been trying different brands and I liked this one, it is easy to take and I like that it is vegan and it doesn't have a bad taste.
You get a bottle with 90 capsules and the recommended dosage is 1 capsule daily. The bottle is priced at £21.99.
Overall it offers good value for money.

Really easy to swallow and there's no aftertaste.
Essential for gut health, especially if you have poor diet and eat too much ultra processed foods.
Equally essential if you are of have been on antibiotics. Antibiotics destroy most of your good gut bacteria so taking these on a daily basis will certainly help.

Just what I required and easy to take with no flavour.

This bottle contains a species of probiotic bacteria, 6B units of Lactobacillus reuteri. It may provide some benefits for cholesterol levels, reducing H. pylori levels (the pathogenic bacterium which contributes to ulcers), female urinary tract and vaginal health, and infant gastrointestinal health.
There are also reports (in rats) that it can significantly increase testosterone levels.
I'm not able to verify any of these, but the research is quite compelling I must say. Apart from that, I can confirm that there were no adverse side effects. Probably worth though taking a broad spectrum probiotic alongside these and even perhaps slowly ramping up the dose to a daily one after staggering days so you can get a feel for any possible side effects.
There are several brands that have a version of this out, but few as concentrated as this one. Also, given that Time Health is a high quality vendor, I would go for this particular one.
So if you want to try this out, and this price its a low risk foray into this interesting science!

Definitely speeds up metabolism, not being taking long enough yet to see if it lowers blood sugar levels, watch this space for future review on that.

I take these types of tablets on and off (good bacteria) and always feel better when I am taking them. I notice a skin improvement and also abdomen feels cleaner, I feel I have more motivation and balanced in body means I feel more grounded in general. And all the healthy food I eat gets absorbed easier so none of that is wasted either.
This particular strain of lactobacillus Reuteri is particularly good for gut health. Some lactobacillus are better for intestines, some for colon etc, but these ones are better for gut. I am glad to have something for my gut as I feel this is an area that easily becomes heavy and when it does I am lazier, when my gut is good I have more will and more joy.
I have only started taking these so it’s hard to say what the differences are but I imagine it will also give more mental clarity if my gut is cleared and healthy. It’s not cheap to buy this type of bacteria but it can be slightly life changing especially if your gut health isn’t great. There are 90 tablets which is 3 months so a good amount compared to some in blister packs which I’ve found always cost a lot more than bottled!
The label says manufactured in UK and the label has a QR code which takes you to their website which shows they sell a massive range of health products. It came fully sealed with plastic on outside and milk carton style seal under the lid.

I started taking these supplements once I understood the roll that bacteria plays in our health. The trillions of bacteria, fungi and viruses in our gut form what's known as our microbiome. There's about 3 lbs of it: which is roughly the same weight as our brains. I mentioned that because it is often called 'The Second Brain'. From my recent research I have learnt that our gut bacteria provides chemicals that are important to our physical and mental health. The wider variety of bacteria we have inside us the better. We evolved from burrowing that were exposed to soil bacteria all the time. Another example of the importance of such bacteria is the fact that breast milk contains Oligosaccharides which cannot be digested by a child but the bacteria inside them turns it into vitamins and proteins. So I am adding this supplement to my diet along with 30 plants a week and some oily fish in the hope that I am going to reduce inflammation and improve brain function and mood.

I think most people acknowledge these days that taking probiotics to support gut bacteria is a good thing. I believe in some European countries it’s a given to take probiotics after a course of antibiotics.
These ones are capsules rather than tablets, which makes them infinitely easier to swallow. They have a very mild smell but no taste or aftertaste.
They claim to have 6 billion CFU (amount of bacteria) which I believe is a decent amount. They are UK made with all the good manufacturing practice procedures in place - good to know when the supplement industry is booming abroad.
A serving size is only one capsule, so the bottle of 90 gives almost three months supply. That should be enough to reset any gut bacteria that got out of whack. This also makes them better value than those where you must take multiple per day.
It’s difficult to judge a supplement after only a few days, but so far I’ve had no negative reactions and poop is moving nicely!

After taking them for the last 3 weeks I feel better , I am not gassy anymore. On the jar I found the label with a QR code which takes you to the company website.

Easy to take and cheaper than the drinks you get from the supermarket. I think they are doing me good, but don't really have a way to test yes or no, still, worth taking as can only be a positive addition to the body.
