Using this to help with PCOS and balance insulin resistance. Started on 2 per day now up to the recommended 4. Seems to be helping so far but need to take longer to see long lasting results.

I have lean PCOS, and over the years I have developed a thyroid problem and slowly put on weight to where I was one and a half stone overweight, and could never seem to shift it. I seemed to be constantly hungry and craving carbs and sugar. I noticed the cravings disappeared as soon as I started taking these which the made it easier to follow a low blood sugar diet. I am halfway through my first pot and lost 3 pounds in a week which is unheard of for me. I will continue and start to add some daily walking. Very hopeful I am going to reset my weight to back where it was before the thyroid problem. Good product.

I have been using inositol Complex for just over 2 months and am seeing huge changes! I have been battling hormonal acne for over a year now since coming off the combination pill. I have pcos and this has made a huge difference. I am still waiting to see more regularity with my periods and some changes in hersitism. But the results with my acne alone are enough to recommend this product. Every week new breakouts get less and less frequent, smaller pimples emerging and less painful. I will say it does take at least 1½ months to see these kinds of results as your body needs time to get used to it. I will continue to purchase for at least 6 months (which is medically recommended for long term results).

Great supplement helps with my PCOS

I have PCOS and this has helped me regulate my period.

I've been using these capsules for just over one month so not super long. I started taking for my hormonal acne and to regulate my period. I haven't yet experienced a regular period but it is still early days. My acne has improved a lot though! I no longer have active acne (maybe only one small pimple a week) so I'm waiting for the scaring to heal! Definitely recommend if you're someone like me and you've tried everything!!!

I’ve been using this for over a month now. Interestngly my period is extremely late than usual since I started using. I’m less craving. Overall I haven’t noticed much difference yet I think I should give it a couple more months

I’ve only been taking this for a month so I haven’t seen the full effects of this but I’ve had a regular period for the first time in 5 years. The pills are a good size and easy to take and they don’t have a bad aftertaste like a few of the others I’ve had from other companies. I will definitely be re purchasing this.

I'm waiting 3 months to do a proper review as I've heard it can take a while to work, but so far my period has been more bearable and i've noticed more cervical fluid around ovulation - like lots more!

I have been using this for almost 2 or 3 months now & I feel that it helps me to manage my cycles. I had stopped taking Myo Inositol for a few months & I noticed that my cycles were getting really short going to about 24 or 25 days. taking this one & my cycles have gone back to being 28 days or much closer to it. I haven’t been taking the recommended dose as it’s too expensive to be taking 4 tablets per day so I’m just taking 2 in the evening. I’m happy that even 1/2 the dosage is helping as I couldn’t afford to take the recommended dosage. Some people mentioned in a review that they bleed in between cycles while taking this but luckily I haven’t had that.

Really easy to take. I have PCOS and have really lengthy cycles (35-45+ day cycles) and trying Inositol to help regulate and support with other symptoms. Have been taking these for a month alongside fertility supps and have had 3 periods in 5 weeks - sort of gone the other way haha! I've heard you need to take regularly for 3 months to see really effects.
