About Richa:

Richa is an independent prescribing pharmacist, nutritional therapist, and functional medicine practitioner, specialising in women’s health and couples’ fertility. She has been a pharmacist for over 15 years and has worked in various settings, including community pharmacy, and for the past 10 years, in general practice, running various chronic disease clinics. For the last 3 years, she has also managed a women’s health clinic, primarily focusing on menopause and perimenopause.

Richa operates a private clinic, and as an independent prescriber, is able to prescribe body and bio-identical hormones. However, she takes a holistic, root-cause approach, viewing the individual as a whole and considering factors such as nutritional deficiencies, gut health, inflammation, and stress, which may be influencing their overall health. Her training includes a Nutritional Therapy Diploma, courses from the Institute of Functional Medicine, Marion Gluck Training, and a postgraduate qualification in Independent Prescribing, among others.
